Through my own personal experiences and challenges, I have learnt to accept the power and importance of exercise for both physical and mental health and why you can't have one without the other.
Your health requires time, dedication, determination, motivation, love and support while tackling the demands of life.
When either one is neglected, it is only a matter of time before the other follows and we are left picking up the pieces.
I aim to live strong every day and have found my purpose by dedicating my career to help others find a happy balance between their physical and mental health. Helping others through sharing knowledge and experience with humour and by providing a safe environment for clients to express themselves without judgement.
