Mobile personal trainer during pregnancy and for mums with their bubs. Group fitness in the home or local park. 

 

All training sessions are a mixture of cardio and weights with something for every fitness ability.  A range of equipment and variety ... of course all the classes contain music and motivation!

Qualified in maternity personal training.
