Leanne has completed her certificate in 'Applied Sports Nutrition'. Leanne can customise one-on-one sports nutrition programs to suit your individual needs and goals.

Initial consultation to discuss needs and goals, then a weekly check-in, take measurements, discuss meal programs and make adjustments. 

All clients could benefit from Leanne Smith's sports nutrition sessions, but especially those who are:
